Our ultimate goal is to serve the best pizza possible. We are challenging the common practices of pizza-making in the hope of influencing the industry and elevating the overall quality of pizza in America. It’s a lofty goal that means constantly searching for better ingredients while continuously honing our techniques with each and every pizza we make. We have defined what great pizza is to us, and painstakingly worked backwards to create it.

Talula's

Talula's is a restaurant and bar offering vibrant, flavorful dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. There is a full bar. Specialties include sourdough pizza, seasonal toasts, salads and bowls. Artisinal sourdough bread is baked fresh in house daily using organic and locally sourced grains from a mill in upstate NY. The pizza dough is also naturally fermented making it as much about the crust as it is about the fresh, seasonal toppings. Everything at Talula's is made from scratch, using the best, freshest quality ingredients possible. We pickle, ferment, preserve, bake, make all of our own ice cream and most of our dairy and vegan cheeses in house.

Brother Bruno's

Serving the Wayne area since 1976, Brother Bruno Pizza is Wayne's oldest family owned and operated pizzeria in Wayne. And now, we are Brother Bruno's Pizza, Deli & Bagels, offering freshly made bagels and a full breakfast of egg platters, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and wraps, as well as an, expanded our menu to include healthier breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Papa's Tomato Pies

Papa's Tomato Pies was established in 1912 in Trenton, NJ. It is the oldest continuously-run pizza restaurant in the USA, still operated by family. It moved to Chambers Street in 1945 from Butler Street, and moved to Robbinsville NJ in 2013. At one time, Papa's would stay open until 3 AM to feed hungry factory workers at the end of their shifts, and hungry bar patrons after the bars closed. Papa's is a NJ institution, loved locally and known to pizza lovers everywhere!

A Mano

A MANO, meaning “by hand”, was born from the idea of bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza to the USA.  Although pizza is a perfectly simple food, outside of Naples, Italy, it has changed based on individual interpretations and availability of ingredients and materials.  In Naples, however, pizza continues to be made as it was in 1889 when the first Margherita Pizza was made for Queen Regina Margherita.  It was then, for the first time, that mozzarella cheese was put on top of flatbread with tomatoes and basil.

Our dough is aged, brought to the proper temperature, and hand-tossed to create the perfect bake. When the ingredients and the art of baking in our 1,000 degree coal fired oven are joined together, we create the most delicious flavors on a thin crust and char them to perfection for your enjoyment. Our custom made oven is one of the most expensive pizza ovens in the world. It requires a 2 hour pre-lighting process and hourly monitoring in order to provide you with the best pizza imaginable!
