DIGITAL AD REQUIREMENTS
High resolution PDF files are to be submitted (300 DPI). All fonts embedded and PDF must be Acrobat 4 or above compatibility. All images embedded in file must be 300 DPI or greater. The color space must be CMYK or Grayscale. No RGB, LAB or embedded color profiles. No files with PMS Colors – All colors must be converted to CMYK.

ADS CREATED BY THE NJ GUIDE
Please contact the media department at media@thenjguide.com if you intend for NJ GUIDE to create an ad. Production charges will apply for Custom ads that do not utilize an NJ GUIDE template.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Reproduction quality is at the advertiser’s risk if NJ GUIDE specifications are not met or if material is received after closing date, even if on extension. Web Offset (SWOP), Saddle Stitch & Trim, printed on a 50 lb body stock and 80 lb UV coated cover stock. Publication Trim is 8.25 x 10.875. Safety Of 1/4 Inch On All Four Sides Is Required. All Live Matter Must Be Within Safety. Bleed must extend at least 1/4 inch beyond trim at each edge and gutter. Please DO NOT include any printer marks: crop marks, color bars, etc.

Images should be minimum of 800 pixels wide at 72dpi. Image should be of product or location and should not include people, do not overlay logo on image. Logos may be included in the shot if they are in the background. Menu’s coasters, signage etc.

VIDEO
Video must be hosted on a third party platform such as YouTube or Vimeo. just send us a link to the live public video and we will embed the video on your page

One location per listing/advertisement. You can reference additional locations but due to Geo Location each ad must be associated with one address.
